We're looking for a Senior Facebook Media Buyer specializing in eCommerce to join the performance marketing team at Studio APS. Expertise in Google Ads isn't just a plus — at this level, it's expected.

Your Role
- Own and lead day-to-day operations of ad campaigns across designated client accounts
- Extract deep insights from Facebook Ad Manager to produce high-impact reports, strategic recommendations, and performance narratives for clients and leadership
- Architect and optimize full-funnel campaigns, combining rigorous strategy with compelling copywriting
- Take full ownership of budgets — forecasting spend, managing pacing, and ensuring delivery aligns with monthly targets and business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to Account Managers, mentoring junior team members and contributing to agency-wide best practices
- Lead platform strategy across Facebook Ads and Google Ads, with proficiency in both being essential at this level
- Drive new client onboarding through thorough market research and innovative go-to-market strategies
- Champion a data-driven approach across all client accounts, translating analytics into actionable strategy
- Cultivate and grow senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on performance marketing
Creative Strategy
- Lead the development of comprehensive creative strategies aligned with client business goals and audience insights
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to drive strategic direction and creative positioning
- Serve as the senior creative voice in client conversations — interpreting brand guidelines, pushing creative boundaries, and maintaining quality standards
- Guide and review creative briefs, ad copy, and creative frameworks developed by junior team members
- Stay ahead of platform creative trends and proactively introduce formats and concepts that give clients a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in performance advertising, with deep expertise in Facebook Ads and strong working knowledge of Google Ads (both required at senior level)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proven track record of scaling D2C brands through paid social and search channels
- Advanced copywriting skills — able to write high-converting ad copy independently and coach others
- Strong grasp of both the Indian and International digital advertising landscape
- Experience building client relationships at a senior level, including presenting strategy and results to key stakeholders
- Ability to mentor junior media buyers and contribute to team capability building
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a high tolerance for fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and spreadsheet software
- Comfortable with emerging tools, automation, and attribution technologies
