Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Facade Designer located in Gurugram. The Senior Facade Designer will be responsible for designing and developing facade systems that meet project specifications, including curtain walls, windows, cladding, and other building envelopes. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed designs and engineering drawings, The individual will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and fabricators, addressing challenges and ensuring innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions tailored to each project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Facade Design, Curtain Wall Systems, and Fenestration Technologies
• Experties in preparing shop drawing all types of facade & cladding systems.
• Experience with Engineering Tools and Software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar applications
• Strong Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Team Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in facade design or related projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
