Novus Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical company with more than 49 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting. We began selling on Amazon India five years ago. We now have presence on more than 14 leading E Commerce Marketplaces thanks to our emphasis on E-commerce marketing. Carbamide Forte (Nutraceuticals), 5:15PM (Grocery & Gourmet), and Wagzee (Pets Supplies) are the brands that we have so far successfully launched. Nutraceuticals like: Tablets, Capsules, Protein Powders and Gummies.

Our Brand, Carbamide Forte is a new-age Indian Vitamin Supplements and Sports Nutrition brand with over 265+ products which is the largest range in India by any brand. We aim to break the idea that only foreign Vitamin Brands are the best in quality. We currently sell over nearly 15000 units daily online on various marketplaces. For many years we have been dedicated to creating world class supplements suited for our Indian audience to give them the best internationally sourced ingredients at affordable prices.

The brand was an online-only brand till 2022 and now we are looking to expand it offline and also take it to different countries.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Export Sales Strategy: Drive international sales through channel partnerships importers, stockists, pharmacies, and distributors.

2. Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated by the Lead Generation team and convert them into paying customers.

3.Client Management: Build strong relationships with international buyers, handle negotiations, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

4.Distributor Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and finalize long-term partners across multiple geographies.

5.Team Coordination: Work with logistics, finance, and regulatory teams to streamline international order processing.

6. Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new international customers through follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.

7. Exhibitions & Networking: Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and secure new business opportunities.

8. Customer Support (Secondary): Assist in strengthening relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and growth.

9. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the lead generation team (for prospecting) and the nutritionist/documentation team (for export formalities) to ensure smooth deal closures.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven track record in export sales
  • Strong understanding of export documentation (FSSAI, DGFT, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure
  • Knowledge of pharma or nutraceutical compliance for exports is a strong plus
