Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Source active and passive talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry mapping.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess fitment on skills, experience, and culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and job requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners.
- Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce TAT and enhance candidate experience.
- Offer & Onboarding
- Manage salary negotiations and generate offer proposals aligned with internal compensation frameworks.
- Ensure smooth transition of selected candidates from offer to onboarding stage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards (preferred).
