Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing inbound web leads, engaging with prospects over calls and digital channels, and driving revenue by selling Workmen's Compensation Insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound web leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and track progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Experience in inside sales, web sales, or tele-sales.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance.
