JD – Senior Executive – B2B –Wealth Guardian
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and on-board new B2B partners ( From other then JBL Environment ) for insurance ( General and Life ) product distribution.
- Achieve sales targets for insurance across life, general, and health categories.
- Promote cross-selling of financial products ( Other then Insurance ) through partner networks.
- Continuously upskill yourself and actively share knowledge with others in the team or network.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with sub-brokers, insurance advisors and Partners .
- Provide regular product updates, training, and support to partners to increase business volumes.
- Conduct partner engagement initiatives (e.g., seminars, webinars, product launches).
- Product & Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams.
- Engage with channel partners to promote insurance products — not end clients.
- Guide partners on the right products to offer and effective sales techniques.
- Regularly share the latest investment schemes, product updates, and actionable ideas.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure partners comply with SEBI/IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, partner interactions, and deal closures.
- Serve as the primary support contact for all insurance-related queries.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- IRDAI certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining).
- Basic knowledge of Insurance is nice (but not a must)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of insurance ( General and Life) products.
- Excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
