Job Description

Adhere strictly to cGMP norms and safety regulations within the factory environment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for dispensing materials and chemicals required for plant operations.
Issue packing materials while ensuring proper material segregation and maintaining accurate logs as per SOP.
Uphold good housekeeping practices and ensure compliance with SOP to maintain GMP standards.
Manage inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE) and dispensing tools.
Monitor and carry out material segregation, storage, and physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cool rooms and cold rooms, including material arrangement and documentation as per SOP.
Oversee storage and issuance of catalysts according to procedures.
Handle expired, rejected, and non-moving materials appropriately.
Handle the issuance of various cylinders as needed.
Be willing to undertake any additional tasks assigned by the department head.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (BSc).
4 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.
