Senior Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

.Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse infrastructure.
.Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems.
.Maintain high uptime of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, dock levelers, pallet trucks
.Attend and resolve equipment and facility breakdowns within defined TAT.
.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
.Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
.Maintain asset register and AMC documentation.
.Monitor spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels.
.Coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing of parts and services.
.Supervise external maintenance vendors and contractors.
.Ensure SLA adherence and quality of service.
.Validate vendor invoices and service reports
.Ensure compliance with statutory and safety standards.
.Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facility systems.
.Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory)
.Monitor R&M expenses against budget.
.Submit monthly maintenance and downtime reports.
.Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
