Job Description

  • Support daily and monthly video creative output for Ad Ops campaigns by editing high-converting video assets based on defined briefs, hooks, and styles.
  • Deliver edited ads (1060 seconds) using raw footage, voiceovers, stock, and AI-generated content.
  • Produce multiple variants using text overlays, music, cuts, and styles (UGC, Split, PEMU, etc.) aligned with performance frameworks.
  • Maintain turnaround targets of 12 video ads per day and 4060 per month.
  • Collaborate closely with Google and Meta buyers for feedback loops and revisions.
  • Format outputs for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shorts, Reels, and YouTube in 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 formats as required.
  • Integrate viral trends, hooks, and sounds from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Edit and deliver 4060 creatives per month.

Requirements

  • Proficient in at least one: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Descript, Runway, or ChatGPT (for scripting).
  • Strong grasp of ad formats, performance hooks, and UGC styles.
  • Familiar with Ecommerce and Google ad policies.
