What will you work on
1) Technical Expertise & Creative Execution
. Take ownership of video projects, ensuring timely, high-quality edits that meet creative and brand standards. . Lead editing workflows using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, and support the integration of motion graphics or animations when needed. . Guide junior editors or interns, offering creative input and quality control. . Work with raw footage to structure compelling narratives tailored for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
2) Asset & Data Management
. Set up and maintain a robust media asset management system for all incoming footage, graphics, and project files. . Define and implement best practices for footage handling, backup, and archiving. . Liaise with videographers and editors to ensure smooth footage transfers and storage hygiene.
3) Cross-Team Collaboration
. Work closely with the creative, production, etc teams to align on project vision and objectives. . Contribute to content planning by offering insights from a post-production and data flow standpoint. . Maintain production timelines and proactively resolve potential bottlenecks in post.
4) Mentorship, Feedback & Growth
. Mentor and support junior team members in video editing and asset management. . Be open to feedback while also setting quality benchmarks for the team. . Stay updated on industry trends, new software features, and evolving platform requirements.
Who are we looking for
. 2 - 4 years of experience in video editing and asset management. . Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing tools. . Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and data/asset organization. . Experience working with content for digital platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube. . A proactive communicator who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
