- TimelycompletionofSOPsTrainingandOnthejobtrainingsrelatedtoExternalwashing,Vialwashing area and visual inspection area
- MonitoringofDP,RHandtemperatureareainExternalwashing,Vialwashingareaandvisual inspection area
- ResponsibleforMaintenanceandcleaningofExternalwashing,Vialwashingareaandvisualinspection area
- TomaintaintheBMRsandotherlogbooksintheExternalwashing,Vialwashingareaandvisual inspection area as per cGMP and SOP
- Cleaning and sanitization of drain points in External washing and Vial washing area.
- Operation and cleaning of dynamic pass box in External washing and vial washing area.
- Responsible for the operation and cleaning of EDM Activity.
- Operation and Cleaning of glove integrity and filter integrity testers
- Responsible to perform the in process checks during operation
- To ensure cleaning and storage of change parts as per the procedures
- Operation and cleaning of vial washing machine and Depyrogenation tunnel.
- Responsible for decartoning activity.
- Operation and cleaning of visual inspection table and operation of Lux meter
- Responsible to perform visual inspection of the products /media filled vials and PFS as per the sop
- Responsible for the Operation and cleaning of Automatic visual inspection and X-RAY machine
- Responsible for the co-ordination with cross functional departments like QA,QC, warehouse Engineering
,HR andadministration for the day to day activities .,
- ResponsiblefortimelycompletionofcalibrationsandvalidationsincoordinationwithENandQArelated to visual inspection,External washing and Vial washing area
