Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Looking for US Payroll Executive/Specialist with work experience of 4 to 6 years is responsible for processing and managing end-to-end US Payroll operations with accuracy, Tax compliance, and timeliness. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while handling payroll inputs, Payroll Accounting, Internal MIS, audits, reconciliations, and employee queries.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of engagements listed below:

· Own and manage the full end to end Payroll process for employees, Including payroll Calculations, Processing, deductions, garnishments and reconciliation.

· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining strict compliance with federal, State and local payroll laws and tax regulations.

· Managed the tax notices and co-ordinate with the external Tax agencies, Benefits provider and Vendors as need and close the notices in timely manner.

· Support with monthly payroll Accounting and Provide monthly MIS and quarterly reporting OR any other ad hoc reports to the Management.

· Oversee Payroll -related year end activities including W-2 Processing reconciliation, Monthly/ Quarterly Benefits and Tax Reconciliation.

· Support Payroll related audit : 401( k) / 5500 audits, Workers Compensation audit, Insurance & Internal & External Financial Audit.

· Serve as primary escalation point for complex payroll issue address the Employe related queries and Partner with HR, Finance and other operations team.

· Develop and maintain payroll controls, Audit Procedures, Implement the Process, Procedures workflow and internal documentation.

Education & Experience.

· Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Accounting/ finance/ HR or related field.

· Added Advantage – Any Certification in Payroll-related course.

· Experience 4 to 6 Years in progressive payroll processing.

Skills / Competency.

· Proficiency in Payroll /HRMIS Software ( Eg: Dayforce / Ceridian, ADP, Gusto, Workday Or any other payroll processing tools.

· Advance MS Office – Excel (VLOOKUP's, Sumif's, Pivot Table, Macros & Advance Formulas preferred & working knowledge of word & PPT.

· Proficient communication skills with ability to interact with the HR, Finance & Other external team and address the employee-related queries.

· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen eye for Accuracy and details.

· Stay updates on latest trends or changes in the tax Laws and suggest/ Recommend the changes as on when.
