Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across web and mobile platforms
Define and track key UX metrics — retention, task completion, and engagement signals
Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction design and micro-animations
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions
Partner with product managers to shape roadmaps through informed design strategy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
