Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of all technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, UPS, Fire & Safety).
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical equipment and utilities.
- Attend and resolve technical breakdowns within defined TAT.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment history, logs, and service records.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with AMC vendors and service contractors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Verify service reports and certify bills after validation.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms (Electrical safety, Fire NOC, Lift compliance, etc.).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Support audits and inspections by statutory authorities.
Team Coordination
- Guide and supervise technicians and operators on-site.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct toolbox talks and basic technical training when required.
