About the role
This role is responsible for acquiring talents for business needs and being involved in the end to end process of recruitment particularly for UNIQLO Management Candidates Program, local and global Internship selection. S/he will also support the TA manager to ensure orderly recruitment operations and executions of all Human Resource strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Management Candidate Program hiring strategy and serve as the key person in charge for local internship programmes, including the planning and execution of Winter and Summer Internship Programmes.
- Source potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social media platforms, campus partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Shortlist, evaluate, and screen candidates through pre-interview assessments and selection processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary materials, resources, and equipment are available for interviews and recruitment activities.
- Monitor and support the development and training progress of Management Candidates and interns through regular check-ins, stakeholder engagement, and store visits to assess performance, learning progress, and integration into store operations.
- Partner with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify development needs, and ensure candidates are progressing according to their training and development plans.
- Support store operations hiring initiatives, including manpower planning, recruitment activities, and talent pipeline development to meet business needs.
- Manage and coordinate relationships with stakeholders across stores, headquarters, universities, and external partners to support recruitment, internship, and talent development initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned HR portfolios, including employee engagement, employer branding, campus outreach, university partnerships, and company engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and talent attraction.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in HR (recruitment and development).
- Proven track records in FMCG or fast paced, high-growth retail environment would be a plus.
- Ability to screen, shortlist and interview candidates.
- Positive attitude and highly accountable.
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant discipline.
- IHRP-CP certification is a plus.
- Google suite.
- Microsoft Office.
