Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, based in Malad. The primary responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization, developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top talent, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. The Senior Executive will collaborate closely with department heads to identify recruitment needs, engage with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Managing and executing IT recruitment strategies will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting across multiple levels and departments
• Proficiency in Communication and Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
• 2+ years experience working with Marketing , Advertising agencies (Mandatory)
