Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for midsenior level roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Requirements
5+ years of non-tech recruitment experience
Proven experience in leadership hiring
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.)
