Role Description The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions in alignment with business requirements. The Senior Executive will partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, develop effective job descriptions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment data and reports, collaborating on employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. The role also involves optimizing recruitment methods, building relationships with external partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
  • Candidates should possess Employer Branding experience, with the ability to support initiatives that enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to talent.
  • Candidates should possess IT Recruitment exposure or familiarity, especially in sourcing and evaluating profiles for technology-related positions.
  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally in a multi-location or retail/F&B environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and MS Office or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
