Role Objective:
A key objective of this position is to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, strategic talent acquisition, onboarding, HR processes, and employee engagement for the Indian business, ensuring timely completion of tasks and continuously improving the HR system to support the organization's growth and success.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in human resources with at least 03 to 07 years of experience in talent acquisition & talent management activities.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist: End-to-end recruitment, critical positions on time. LinkedIn sourcing, strategic interactions. Onboarding support, grievance handling.
- HR Operations Coordinator: Smooth onboarding & induction. Manage HR processes, reports, and exit formalities. Additional tasks as assigned.
- HR Analyst: Data management, reports, and analytics. Implement HR processes and hire new talent sources. Collaborate with the HR Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for corporate, sales, and plant positions, with particular focus on critical positions, adhering to defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Develop and maintain connections with potential candidates on LinkedIn and coordinate their interactions as part of a strategic recruitment approach.
- Facilitate the onboarding, induction, and orientation process for new employees, identify system gaps, and communicate areas of improvement.
- Support the Manager HR (India Business and TA) in effectively implementing talent acquisition and onboarding policies and processes.
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all data, information, reports, and analytics.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the functional head and company as needed.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify potential candidates in the industry or relevant fields. This involves researching competitor organizations and building a pool of passive candidates with the skills and experience that align with the company's future needs.
- Maintain talent pools, where passive candidates can be segmented based on their skills and interests.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the passive hiring process. This includes clear communication, timely follow-ups, and respect for candidates time and interests.
