Responsible for the maintenance, administration, and performance and resource optimization of IT infrastructure and related systems to meet business requirements.
Supporting IT security, regulatory compliance and business continuity.
Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (systems, networks, storage, virtualization) to ensure performance, availability, and reliability.
Handle full lifecycle management (from deployment to decommissioning) following change control processes including configuration changes.
Perform proactive monitoring, capacity planning, security hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, and ensure backup and disaster recovery readiness.
Maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors/regulators, meet SLA commitments, and support automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Infrastructure.
Experience with VMware vSphere and Nutanix AHV.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Knowledge of enterprise network solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Arista).
Familiar with monitoring, patch management, backup & replication, and asset management tools
Strong understanding of system hardening, vulnerability management, and regulatory standards (e.g., BNM, audit requirements).
Has basic scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Bash.
Effective communication, writing and interpersonal communication.
