About the Role

Tofflon India is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Supply Chain Management to support and coordinate supply chain activities for our pharmaceutical and engineering equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material availability and delivery schedules.
Coordinate purchase orders, material requirements and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Coordinate with procurement, production, engineering, sales and service teams.
Maintain and track purchase and supply chain documentation.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Support vendor coordination and performance monitoring.
Assist in logistics and material movement activities.
Identify and escalate supply chain delays and issues.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular supply chain reports.
Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related functions.
Experience in the engineering equipment / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or pharma manufacturing is an advantage.
Good knowledge of procurement, vendor management, inventory and logistics coordination.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to work from Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
