Position Overview (Sweet Karam Coffee India Pvt Ltd)
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Finance professional to own the end-to-end financial control of logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations. The role requires strong analytical ability, cross- functional coordination, and a compliance mindset to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile logistics payments at shipment/AWB level and verify charges.
- Ensure POD collection and follow up on pending/missing PODs.
- Perform regular inventory checks and resolve stock differences.
- Support inventory audits with warehouses and auditors.
- Track and reconcile all returns (RTO, customer, expiry).
- Handle claims for lost/damaged shipments and follow up on insurance.
- Ensure proper insurance coverage and track renewals.
- Identify cost leakages and improve processes with teams.
- Prepare MIS reports on freight, returns, shrinkage, and claims.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
- 4–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse finance
- Good understanding of logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations, and freight costs
- Experience in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis
- Basic knowledge of insurance (transit, marine, warehouse)
- Strong MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
