Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of SOPs in EDMS.
• Handling of Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Internal/External Audit Management, OOS/OOT through Track Wise Software
• Handling of Market Complaints and Vendor Complaint.
• Logging and handling the investigations for deviations, market complaints, OOS/OOT and providing CAPA based on investigation.
• Responsible for handling of Internal Audits, Compliance and CAPA for implementation.
• Preparation and review of risk assessment in coordination with CFT members.
• Audit response preparation for observation during site internal audit, corporate internal audits, external audits and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to shop floor activities.
• Responsible for the handling of software's as Track wise QMS, EDMS for SOP review.
• Preparation of annual trend report for QMS system.
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly quality review presentation.
• Audit management coordinator for internal and external audit.
• Coordination with CFT for timely closure of QMS activities.
• Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data integrity principles
• Management of department training activities (Function as DTC).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, Engineering) to align with project timelines.
• Ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and sterile manufacturing guidelines.
