Our divisions include Seven Steps, a leader in luxury wedding planning, and The Set, one of India's top Set and Event Design studios. We also produce iconic festivals like the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, GoaFest, and India Bike Week, making us India's largest festival organizer.

The Job: As an Executive/Sr Executive – Projects, you will be the face of our company for iconic IPs like India Bike Week and Generation Speed. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing large-scale events including media drives, employee meets, dealer conferences, festivals, and special initiatives. This role demands high ownership, attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate briefs to internal teams (creative, production, operations, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Plan and execute projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed project checklists, timelines, and milestone trackers to monitor progress and quality.
• Manage all stages of event lifecycle ,from brainstorming ideas, pitching concepts, vendor management, sourcing materials, collaborating with designers, planning logistics, to final execution on ground.
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple vendors, production partners, and cross-functional teams to bring the event vision to life.
• Troubleshoot challenges on-ground and ensure exceptional client and attendee experiences.
