• Manage complete warehouse operations.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth warehouse operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications -

• 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of LEAN/Kaizen activities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
