Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Social Change located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves designing and managing programs focused on driving sustainability and social change. Responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders to build partnerships, executing program management activities, and supporting business transformation efforts aligned with sustainability strategies. The individual will also analyze data to measure the impact and success of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and assess sustainability and social change efforts effectively.
• Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management to foster relationships and collaborate with diverse groups.
• Expertise in Program Management and the ability to lead initiatives from planning to execution.
• Knowledge and skills in Business Transformation to drive changes aligned with sustainability goals.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in sustainability, environmental management, or social change is preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with the recycling and waste management industry is advantageous.
