Senior Executive - SharePoint Developer
Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - SharePoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust SharePoint solutions. This role will be crucial in enhancing collaboration, automating business processes, and optimizing information management within Piramal Consumer Healthcare
Job Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, forms (InfoPath, PowerApps), and reports, utilizing SharePoint Online and on-premise environments.
- Administer and configure SharePoint sites, site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and features to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications for SharePoint solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint architecture, configurations, and developed solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing SharePoint applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of SharePoint environments.
- Participate in the planning, testing, and deployment of SharePoint upgrades and patches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft 365 developments and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to company IT policies, procedures, and change management processes.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and prior experience with SharePoint 2013/2016/2019.
- Proficiency in client-side development technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building custom web parts and extensions.
- Expertise in developing custom workflows using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Flow/Power Automate.
- Experience with PowerApps and Power BI integration within SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, object model, and security best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET development for custom SharePoint solutions (advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
