Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Executive role at Shadowfax, based in Lucknow. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, coordinating with delivery partners, monitoring supply chain activities, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role also involves analyzing key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other teams to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Senior Executive will maintain clear communication with stakeholders and adhere to company's quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Route Optimization
- Proficiency in analyzing data, performance metrics, and problem-solving to identify operational improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively and provide leadership in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in using logistics tools, data management software, and technology-driven solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or related industry is highly preferred
