Senior Executive - Sales Operation (Advance Excel)

Role Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to eligible leads, gather application details, and update internal systems.
• Handle inbound calls and guide customers through application to contract signing.
• Provide consistent follow-up and support to ensure conversion.
• Share feedback and sales insights with team leads to improve performance.

Job Requirements:

• 6 months–1 year of tele-sales or customer service experience (preferably with dialer systems).
• Good communication in English and Hindi; confident and persuasive.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Resilient and target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
