Role Specifications
- Lead Generation
- Interacts with brokers / channel partners for generating and mobilising more footfalls.
- Interacts with channel partners (brokers) to generate leads and customers — continuous engagement.
- Proposes schemes for channel partners / customers to generate footfalls.
- Works on increasing network of channel partners across territories.
- Sales
- Ensures achievement of sales as per AOP / quarterly / monthly targets.
- Closes sales deals with customers.
- Proposes schemes to reduce slow-moving inventory and facilitate fast movement of inventory.
- Evaluates partner performance and monitors channel sales.
- Guides and trains partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
- Channel Partner Network Management
- Shortlists potential channel partners according to company criteria.
- Communicates company terms and conditions.
- Monitors channel partners for lead generation and conversion.
- Supports channel partners for post-sales customer service.
- Sales Reporting & Inventory Management
- Manages and allocates inventory to channel partners as per their clients preferences.
- Sends weekly / monthly / quarterly MIS on channel partners managed as per agreed timelines.
- Prepares reports as required by region / HO for decision making.
- Process Improvement & Adherence
- Identifies processes and procedures in own work area that need improvement.
- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency, costs, and productivity.
- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.
- Complies with company-defined guidelines and processes.
