Job Description

We're looking for a Senior SDR who understands the US buyer, speaks their language, and knows how to open doors that actually convert.

What You'll Own

  • Crack into mid-market & enterprise accounts across the US.
  • Drive high-quality outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, sequences).
  • Run sharp discovery to qualify ICP fit.
  • Book meetings that close not vanity demos.
  • Partner tightly with AEs to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Maintain ruthless CRM hygiene (no ghost leads).
  • Continuously optimize messaging, cadence, and targeting.

Pipeline is your product. Revenue impact is your scoreboard.

What We're Looking For

  • 47 years in B2B SaaS sales (2+ years in US outbound mandatory).
  • Proven record of exceeding pipeline quotas.
  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise US accounts.
  • Deep understanding of outbound frameworks (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.).
  • Objection handling that doesn't sound scripted.
  • Comfort with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written + verbal US-facing communication skills.
  • High ownership. Zero babysitting required.

Bonus

  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation, or SaaS selling.
  • Prior exposure to multi-vertical US selling (education, healthcare, BFSI, etc.).
