Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets (volume, value, profitability) in industrial and building segments
  • Develop strong relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
  • Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database
  • Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
  • Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
  • Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
  • Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
  • Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback


Key Requirement

  • sBE/B.Tech (First Class, no academic gaps
  • )2+ years in Specification & Project Sale
  • sExperience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferre
  • dStrong network with Architectural & Structural consultant communit
  • yGood career stabilit
