Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Troubleshooting of the various PLC, HMI, IPC and SCADA systems in the plant, Modify the Ladder Logics programs and support to OEM during required upgradation and Knowledge of PLC integration for the Pharmaceutical OSD and NASAL plant.
Troubleshooting of the VFD drives Programming, Microcontrollers based cards, Infrared tablet counters.
Troubleshooting on various Data Acquisition systems (DAS) and device integrations like Modbus, Ethernet, Mechatronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics.
Trouble shooting with Automation solutions and various field instrumentation related to Pharma manufacturing machines like Servo integration, Encoder functioning, Retrofitting and refurbishment jobs.
Hands on Expertise in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation related to Process Equipment Like granulations, Blending, compression, Coating, imprinting, Inspection and packaging lines like CVC, Pharma Pack, Parle, IMAPG Blister, Cartonator Machines, Sachet Packing lines
Analyzing Power quality issues and its adverse effects on the various electronic component's failures like PCB, SMPS, MOSFETS, Vibratory drives etc.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of the Track and Trace Serialization system like Jekson Vision, Optel , Antares Vision and Aggregation system.
He will be perform supervision for maintenance team and assist the technicians for the Troubleshooting for problem resolutions in the shift working
He will be in constant interaction with CFT Packing , Manufacturing and Nasal dept for the engineering solutions for instrumentations and automation issues.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Graduate in Engineering with Electronics / Instrumentation / Telecommunication background
Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, IPC , VFD , SCADA systems for both Hardware and software side along with required programming knowledge .
Experience in troubleshooting of Manufacturing process Equipment's like granulations, Blending, Compressions , Coating , Imprinting , Tablet inspections and Bottle packing , Blister / Sachet packing lines.
Working Exposure to USFDA , MHRA , TGA regulatory approved plants .
Exposure to Formulation plant – Solid oral / Nasal / packing lines.
Role requires managerial and decision-making skills.
