Will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within the factory. This involves collaborating with department managers to determine staffing needs, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and completing hiring formalities. and implement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for various locations of Rubicon Research within specified TAT
Build and maintain talent pipeline for various positions, based on high-risk positions, back-out scenarios etc.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms and job portals.
Screening profiles, taking preliminary interviews to gauge interest, personality, and salary fitment.
Ensure updating of necessary trackers, online databases to ensure adherence to digitization goals and accuracy of data at all times.
Manage internal stakeholders proactively in terms of updates, closures, back-outs etc. to ensure excellent internal customer experience.
Responsible to track sourcing and closures as per approval Manpower Budgeting; Ensure staffing sufficiency as per the org structure.
Build Rubicon Employer brand through various touch points with candidates. Ensure closing the communication loop.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and selection methods.
Exposure to leveraging AI-driven tools and innovative recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Proficient in using social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
Hands-on working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to experiment, implement creative sourcing strategies, and adapt to dynamic business needs.
