Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media etc.
Conduct bulk hiring campaigns to meet business requirements.
Ensure timely filling of open positions by coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in executive hiring or non-IT recruitment (field sales hiring, bulk hiring, preferably in BFSI/NBFC/Insurance/Financial services sector).
Required Skills
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques (bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively during salary discussions.
Candidate willing to work in 06 days work from office setup.
