Job Description:
The Senior Executive Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and overseeing the onboarding lifecycle across multiple business units. The role focuses on ensuring timely talent acquisition, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and supporting effective employee integration while adhering to internal HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with business unit heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews.
Source candidates for finance, secretarial, compliance, legal, and related functions.
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview schedules using Zoho Recruit.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and coordinate panel interviews.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate periodic hiring reports for management review.
Develop and maintain a talent pool for niche and critical roles.
Coordinate with the Admin, IT, and Payroll teams for pre-joining formalities.
Prepare and issue offer letters and ensure timely collection of required documentation.
Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
Manage employee records and onboarding workflows through Zoho People and related platforms.
Conduct post-joining follow-ups to ensure smooth employee integration.
Gather feedback to improve onboarding processes continuously and employee experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MBA in HR / Management or related specialization.
45 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Zoho Recruit (mandatory).
Exposure to Zoho People and Zoho Payroll preferred.
Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 practices is an advantage.
