Senior Executive - Rail Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals

Key responsibilities -

.Coordinate with Railway authorities at both station and divisional levels across the national rail network to ensure smooth rake movement, expedite idle or stabled rakes, and maximize overall rake utilization.
.Maintain detailed records of rake running positions, updating status every four hours during the shift, and sharing timely updates with designated SPOCs, Management, and customers.
.Record all rake delays and detentions along with reasons and corrective actions taken, ensuring timely updates in the system.
.Track all examination schedules-TXR, STR, E2E, ROH, POH, and others-and ensure their timely recording and updating in the system.
.Arrange and complete ETRR formalities in the system for all third-party locations.
.Monitor critical rakes closely, follow up proactively, and ensure timely loading, release, and adherence to plans.
.Expedite and ensure timely attachment of detached units within specified SLAs to optimize rake capacity and maintain complete records.

Education -
Graduate or equivalent from a reputed University.

Experience -

Minimum 4 years proven experience in Rail and PFT.

Technical skills -

Good knowledge of Rail operations, Railways norms, and trade practices. Willing to work in shifts.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication with Indian Railways.
