Senior Executive - Quick Commerce & B2B Order Processing

Gurgaon | Work from Office

About the Role

Troovy sells across quick commerce platforms - Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart as well as B2B channels. We need someone to own the order processing cycle end-to-end: picking up POs from platform portals, getting them fulfilled at the warehouse, and ensuring clean last-mile delivery with accurate documentation throughout.

What You'll Own

PO Management & Order Processing

  • Download and validate inbound POs from Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and B2B partners daily
  • Process orders on Unicommerce - channel sync, order creation, inventory allocation
  • Flag stock shortages or PO discrepancies to planning immediately
  • Ensure PO-to-dispatch TAT is met for every channel without exception

Warehouse Coordination & Dispatch

  • Share pick lists and dispatch plans with the warehouse team on time
  • Ensure channel-specific labelling, packaging, and invoicing requirements are met
  • Coordinate with the 3PL team for timely order handover and carrier pickup
  • Own accuracy of all dispatch documentation - invoices, e-way bills, PODs

Last-Mile Tracking & Delivery

  • Track all outbound shipments end-to-end until delivery confirmation
  • Resolve delivery exceptions and coordinate re-attempts before SLA breach
  • Ensure POD collection and order closure for all B2B deliveries

DN / CN Management

  • Raise Delivery Notes accurately for every dispatched order across channels
  • Process Credit Notes for short shipments, rejections, and returns on time
  • Reconcile DNs and CNs against platform GRNs and flag mismatches for resolution
  • Maintain a clean DN/CN tracker with status, aging, and closure timelines

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily order fulfilment MIS - fill rate, OTIF, pending POs, open exceptions
  • Track and report DN/CN aging to ops leadership weekly
  • Flag platform integration or Unicommerce sync issues to the tech/ops team

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in order processing or channel operations at a D2C brand, FMCG company, or fulfilment partner
  • Hands-on experience with Unicommerce - order management, channel sync, exception handling
  • Familiar with quick commerce platform portals - knows how POs, GRNs, and scorecards work on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy
  • Understands B2B order workflows - PO processing, DN/CN, invoicing, e-way bills, POD
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven; handles multiple channel deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Strong on Excel/Sheets for daily MIS, trackers, and reconciliation
