Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and provide support for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
  • Ensure proper implementation, documentation control, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and operational procedures.
  • Support and facilitate external audits by certification bodies, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities and observations by respective stakeholders.
  • Organize, facilitate and prepare presentation for Management Review meetings and continuous improvement program.
  • Manage document control processes, including storage, versioning, and accessibility in shared drives and intranet systems.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the QMS team, including documentation, records management, and scheduling
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, audit findings, and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.
  • All other ad-hoc duties as informed by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in engineering, quality management or equivalent field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality, IMS, or related functions.
  • Knowledge on manufacturing processes and strong technical competence will be an advantage.
  • Certified Internal Auditor for ISO standards.
  • Experience in audit management and corrective action processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI applications.
