Senior Executive Quality Control

·      Preferred experience would be working in either machining or industrial product manufacturing companies

·      Monitoring & Observe Production Processes, to ensure they adhere to established standards and identify potential problems early on. 

·      Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems & Procedures for inspecting materials, production processes, and testing of finished products

·      Inspection and Testing of Parts & Products including dimensional checks, material analysis, and functional tests, to verify that parts or products meet specifications and r drawing requirements

·       Data Analysis and Identifying Issues collect and analyze data from testing and inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.

·      Corrective Actions, based on the analysis, propose and implement solutions to address Quality problems and prevent recurrence. 

·      Work with design, production, and other teams to address quality issues and implement improvements

·      Document Quality Control Activities, maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

·      Should be versed with ISO systems & documentation requirements

·      Good understanding of industry standards, GD&T and design standards

Well versed with use of measuring instruments
