Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of merchandise for exports, negotiating with suppliers, overseeing material procurement, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure a wide range of merchandise for export purposes.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and develop relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan purchases efficiently.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and optimize purchasing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the export industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
