Role Description

As the Senior Executive – Projects and Liaisoning, you will oversee the successful execution of advertising projects, Manage relationships with major government clients (Central Railway, MBPT, MHADA, Western Railway) for advertising projects.

* Oversee land leasing, hoarding installations, and ensure regulatory compliance with safety 

and quality standards.

* Draft and negotiate contracts to secure prime advertising locations.

* Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and interdepartmental approvals.

* Conduct site visits and monitor execution to maintain project quality and efficiency.

* Contribute to strategic planning for expansion on government-managed properties.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for effective liaisoning with clients and authorities
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling unexpected challenges during project execution
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in the outdoor advertising sector
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in organizational and time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in outdoor advertising or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
