Senior Executive - Production

We are looking for Senior Executive - Production

Youll make a difference by

• Manufacturing & Quality Supervisor for Coil, Winding & VPI shop in Traction Motor production line.
• Responsible for doing production scheduling & achieving production plans with the target labor productivity
• Experience in flat wire winding technology, elaborate experience in Traction motor winding production is preferred
• Overall responsible for production quality, workplace discipline and safety of employees at the workplace
• Responsible of TPM of plant and machinery in coil, winding & VPI shop, 5s and upkeep of WIP parts

Desired Skills:

• Training of new and multi-skilling of existing workmen to achieve required flexibility is a continuous requirement
• Need to be good in verbal as well as written communication skills
