SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION

The Sr. Executive Production is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to ensure efficient operations, quality compliance, safety adherence, and timely delivery of products. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team management capability, and continuous improvement mindset.

·Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

·Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization.

·Coordinate with maintenance, quality, purchase, and stores departments.

·Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

·Analyze production data and implement process improvements.

·Handle troubleshooting of process or equipment-related issues.

·Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

·Drive cost reduction, waste minimization, and productivity improvements.

·Train and develop production team members.

·Production planning and process optimization

·Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing production operations.
