Job Description

LeadSquared is a fast-growing SaaS CRM company serving 2,000+ customers globally with a 1000+ member team across India, US, Middle East, ASEAN, ANZ, and South Africa.

This role is focused on owning and resolving customer technical issues end-to-end while working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues across phone, email, and chat
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Deliver resolutions within SLA timelines
  • Support onboarding, product training, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering on bugs and improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS product/technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of APIs/Webhooks/Connectors
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Comfortable with 24/7 shifts

Good To Have

  • PHP, Java, or Python knowledge
  • CRM/marketing automation experience
  • Ability to build sample scripts/POCs
