The Senior Executive - Product Strategy focuses on analytics, market research, and performance tracking for B2C products. This role supports PMO activities, evaluates competition, and generates insights to optimize product performance and commercial strategies.

To provide analytical and research support for Blue Dart's product strategy, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement of B2C offerings.

Analytics & Performance Metrics

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track product performance and identify trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct primary and secondary research on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare benchmarking reports and suggest actionable improvements.

Product Support (B2C Focus)

• Assist in conceptualizing new B2C products and enhancements based on insights.
• Support pilot projects and post-launch evaluations.

PMO & Cross-Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution o f projects.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in stakeholder communication.

Education:

• Essential: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Analytics, or related field
• Preferred: Certification in Business Analytics or Data Visualization

Experience:

• Essential: 1-3 years in analytics, market research, or product support roles
• Preferred: Exposure to logistics or ecommerce industry

Core Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel and data analysis
• Power BI/Tableau for dashboards
• Market research tools
• Basic understanding of PMO processes
• Presentation and reporting tools
