Bridge the gap between Product, Business, Sales, and Marketing teams by

translating technical product capabilities into compelling market-facing

narratives and GTM strategies.

Strengthen product positioning, product differentiation, and application-led

storytelling across fintech, EMS, biometrics, industrial electronics, and

embedded technology domains.

Build scalable sales enablement and product communication frameworks that

improve customer understanding, market visibility, and lead conversion

effectiveness.

Support faster product launches, stronger GTM alignment, and structured

product marketing execution across multiple business verticals.

Major Areas Of Contribution

  • Strategic Contribution:

Support development of product positioning frameworks, GTM strategies, and

differentiated product narratives across business verticals.

Identify product USPs, market gaps, customer pain points, and use-case

opportunities through close collaboration with Product and Business teams.

Strengthen alignment between product strategy, sales priorities, and

marketing communication for improved commercial outcomes.

Contribute to building scalable product marketing systems supporting future

business expansion and category leadership.

  • Functional Contribution:

Develop and coordinate product brochures, solution sheets, pitch decks,

product presentations, emailers, and customer-facing marketing collateral.

Build application-based storytelling frameworks and customer use cases for

sales enablement and lead generation.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, and Marketing

Communications teams for timely campaign and collateral execution.

Support GTM campaigns, product launches, webinars, trade shows, and

customer engagement activities.

Collaborate with Marketing Communications teams to align product priorities

with digital campaigns, social media content, and content calendars.

Success Indicators in First 6 Months

Successfully create product messaging frameworks and sales enablement

collateral for key product categories.

Support execution of at least 2–3 product GTM initiatives or launch

campaigns.

Build structured use-case repositories and application-based storytelling for

major business verticals.

Improve alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing through

streamlined briefing and execution workflows.

Contribute to increased engagement and adoption of product marketing

collateral by customer-facing teams.

Opportunity to work on globally relevant technology solutions and innovation

ecosystems.

Exposure to cross-functional product, business, and marketing leadership

initiatives.

Career progression into Product Marketing Lead, GTM Strategy, Product

Management, or Brand Strategy roles.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Background

5–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, GTM

Coordination, or Technology Marketing roles.

Experience in fintech, biometrics, eGovernance, EMS, industrial electronics,

embedded systems, or technology-led businesses preferred.

Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into business-oriented

communication and value propositions.

Self-driven, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-

paced, cross-functional environment.
