Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and research-driven Senior Planning & Strategy Executive to support new business development, account growth, and brand strategy initiatives. This role involves contributing to pitches, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support new business development initiatives through strategic planning and research.

Contribute to pitch presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations for prospective clients.

Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation within existing client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize innovative ideas, offerings, and brand strategies.

Conduct market, competitor, category, and consumer research to support campaign and pitch development.

Analyze industry trends and insights to strengthen strategic recommendations and creative approaches.

Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal teams across ongoing projects.

Support cross-functional teams with strategic inputs and project requirements when needed.

Participate in client meetings and contribute to managing client expectations effectively.

Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining quality and process adherence.

Preferred Skills:

2–4 years of experience in strategy, planning, business development, or brand consulting.

Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and brand strategy.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to think creatively while balancing business and strategic objectives.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation-building tools.
