Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing paid media across Meta, Google platforms, Amazon Ads & Quick Commerce Ads management with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and growth metrics.
Candidates with experience from Ads Management Agencies will be given preference.
Experience in the personal care or beauty category and exposure to Quick Commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Quick Commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Bigbasket) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with a performance-led mindset
Own and manage media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI, ROAS, and CAC
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals
Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Identify growth opportunities through new audiences, platforms, and strategies
Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
Key Requirements:
24 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Strong experience in the D2C industry (mandatory)
Proven exposure to managing paid media across Amazon, Google platforms & Meta (mandatory)
Additional Requirements:
Experience in the personal care / beauty category is an added advantage
Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
