Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Performance Marketing to own the end-to-end execution of our digital ad spend. You will be responsible for scaling our customer acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms, ensuring every rupee spent translates into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Build, monitor, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google (SEM, PMax), Meta, and other channels.
  • Drive continuous campaign growth: By identifying opportunities, refining targeting, creative, and placements, and prioritizing high-performing assets for maximum ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and internal CRM data to track attribution, LTV, and CAC.
  • A/B Testing: - Develop and execute a rigorous testing roadmap for landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Reporting: Deliver weekly performance deep-dives with actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams to identify high-performing visual hooks and iterate on ad copies.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency or high-growth D2C background preferred).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical mind set with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).
  • Deep understanding of tracking pixels, GTM, and conversion API.
